Derek Block and Blackburn International are to bring Ellen Kent's well known productions to Scotland again. Noted for their traditional stagings and visual appeal, this year they involve the Ukrainian National Opera and Orchestra from Kharkiv. In February, Madama Butterfly (pictured) is to be given in Edinburgh and Glasgow, going to Dundee and Aberdeen in April. Traviata, too, will have showings in Edinburgh and Glasgow in February. Bohème and Traviata will appear in Aberdeen in April, bringing the total to eight performances in large capacity venues throughout Scotland. Look for more about the Traviata here , the Bohème here and the Butterfly here. Click on the pins on the map for dates then click through to the venue to book your tickets.
