Mozart's Magic Flute offers profundity and humour in equal measure, accompanied by some of the most sublime music ever to reach mortal ears. Brought to you by the same team that created a powerful and touching Hansel and Gretel a year or two back, the performances are conducted by Timothy Dean, directed by William Relton and designed by Cordelia Chisholm. Book now to hear the remaining performances of Mozart's magical, mystical masterpiece as it makes a rare appearance in the Royal Conservatoire opera programme. It is bound to be very different from Sir Thomas Allen's vision that we are promised from Scottish Opera for the autumn.
